To create the dashboard, Sparkroom connects with third-party paid search campaign management tools (e.g. Google AdWords and Bing Ads). The campaign data is linked to lead data to report on performance at every milestone of the student lifecycle. Among other things, this dashboard allows users to see which keywords are delivering the greatest number of starts, the best enrollment rates and the lowest recruitment costs.

Sparkroom now has a set of intuitive and interactive performance dashboards that work in real time to gather, translate and reformat data produced from multiple sources. Fully customizable, the dashboards provide a holistic view of ongoing campaigns and permit marketers to visualize the performance of various sources, streamline campaign reporting, better evaluate metrics and effortlessly draw insights to optimize campaign performance.
