Brian Hirschfeld is the Chief Financial Officer at DMS (Digital Media Solutions), where he is responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of the company while enabling long-term value creation and scalability across the business. With more than 30 years of experience in finance and investment leadership, Brian brings a measured, strategic approach to supporting growth in complex, dynamic markets.
Prior to joining DMS, Brian spent 18 years at Bain Capital Credit, most recently as a Partner and co-head of Industry Research. He led investments in companies across the size and maturity spectrum, spanning the technology, media and telecom sectors. Brian also served on the board of directors for several high-growth companies in his portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Capital One and State Street, building a strong foundation in financial strategy and operations.
Known for his focus on both performance and people, Brian is committed to developing high-performing teams while driving financial discipline and operational scale. His leadership approach balances rigorous financial oversight with a forward-looking perspective on growth and opportunity.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and his MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
