    A leading print and digital subscription marketing company was looking to scale beyond the magazine industry into the medical device field.

    Challenge: Tight Geographic Restrictions And Key Qualification Criteria Presented Challenges For Generating Quality Leads At Scale

    Digital Media Solutions® (DMS), a reliable and long-standing partner of the print and digital subscription marketing company, was entrusted to generate calls for the medical alert business, which had tighter geographic restrictions and more qualification criteria than the active magazine subscription campaigns.

    Solution: Leveraging Existing Publisher Partnerships, DMS Delivered Highly-Qualified Calls To The Client

    To achieve the client’s aggressive medical CPA goal, while still fulfilling the magazine allocation, DMS performance advertising experts needed to be nimble. DMS leveraged existing publisher partnerships to deliver highly-qualified calls that fit the client’s geographic and demographic targets. The DMS team monitored internal metrics, including call volume, quality and number of sales, on a daily basis to optimize and provide feedback to partners to ensure client goals were being met.

    Results: DMS Scaled Volume 500%

    DMS exceeded the client’s medical CPA goal by more than 20% and was able to scale volume 500% over three months. The success of the medical alert call campaigns solidified the client’s decision to expand their partnership with DMS, including for additional verticals.
