    Throughout a 20+ year career, Keola Malone has displayed a distinct ability to develop and implement groundbreaking software for technical operations, becoming a driving force behind several significant advancements in the technology of the digital marketing space. Prior to joining Digital Media Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: DMS), Keola co-founded UE.co – acquired by DMS in 2019 – where he led the technology charge and was responsible for establishing the foundation for the company’s insurtech systems along with the creation and implementation of the core proprietary software. Keola successfully oversaw the development of new technology iterations and managed multiple teams of technologists in order to build proprietary technology solutions with continuously optimized features and functionality. 

    As Chief Data Officer for DMS, Keola leads the charge in developing innovative data models to expand DMS data signals, improve business performance and help advertisers and publishers streamline campaign management. Keola and his team find continued success through a multitude of capabilities — including custom scoring models and algorithms, automated yield analysis, closed-loop reporting and custom audience-building to ensure campaigns are targeted to the perfect consumers to increase the efficiency of campaigns. With an overarching goal of performance, Keola utilizes DMS signals to put the right message in front of the right consumer at the right time and place. DMS received a spot on Inc. magazine’s inaugural Best Led Companies list in 2021, recognizing the impact of Keola alongside fellow DMS leaders.
