From 2007 to 2012, Richard served as Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations for Broadridge Financial Solutions, a multi-billion dollar spin-off from ADP, where Richard had previously been a divisional CFO for 4 years.
Richard earned his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Florida State University.
