Richard Rodick, Chief Financial Officer

Richard Rodick, Chief Financial Officer of Digital Media Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: DMS) , has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial services. As CFO at DMS, Richard leads the company’s global finance and accounting teams.

With significant expertise from his background in various related roles within multimillion and billion-dollar companies, Richard is known for his successful execution of financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and acquisition valuation. In past positions, Richard managed the highest-level financials, exhibiting outstanding leadership qualities while guiding companies through IPOs and overseeing exponential growth across departments, and he has a proven track record of success as a public company CFO. 

Prior to his role at DMS, Richard held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Transworld Systems Inc. Other enterprises where Richard excelled as global Chief Financial Officer include TELUS International and UTi Worldwide. From 2007 to 2012, Richard served as Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations for Broadridge Financial Solutions, a multi-billion dollar spin-off from ADP, where Richard had previously been a divisional CFO for 4 years. 

Richard earned his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Florida State University.
