Clearwater, FL – April 1, 2019– Digital Media Solutions (DMS) announced Dave Davis was named Senior Vice President, Call Center Operations. In this role, Davis will oversee the day-to-day operations for the company’s U.S.-based call center located at the DMS headquarters in Clearwater, FL. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and General Manager of DMS Education, Davis will focus on enhancing daily production while driving the introduction of new campaigns, monetization and cross-channel engagement for mortgage and higher education clients.
As more brands grapple with the realities of implementing a sophisticated call marketing strategy, the team at Digital Media Solutions prioritizes compliance, consumer insights and client goals to outpace the competition. The company’s U.S.-based call center connects brands with consumers who have provided explicit consent to be contacted and have confirmed they’re ready for in-depth conversations about the opportunities presented. Moreover, DMS collaborates with LeadsCouncil, the association responsible for the oversight of ethics and best practices for the performance marketing space, to offer insights and best practices for lead generation industry professionals to maintain Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) compliance.
Davis brings to DMS a diverse track record in sales and marketing running large-scale call center operations (200+ seats) in both domestic and international markets for more than 20 years. Prior to DMS, Davis held management and executive level roles at well-known brands including Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Anantara Vacation Club and most recently Capital Resorts Group. Davis received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Campbell University.
