As children in school, we learned the importance of change. There was constant change in grades, classrooms, curriculum… (For example, think about the progress in math from simple addition and subtraction to algebra and calculus.)
The sheer amount of change that children must deal with to grow is massive and also awe-inspiring. The regimented school process drives this change. (Some of you might be dealing with this currently with your own children; others who don’t have children might recall your own school experiences.) More importantly, the impact on this change on a child's development is tremendous, and without it, their development would be much different.
Change Is Necessary In Life, And It Is Foundational For Growth.
If you cannot change, you cannot grow.
But, you can change.
The fact that you can change is proven by the fact that you are here today. Because, if you couldn’t change, you would not have been able to come this far.
When you are focused on growth, you don’t go as far as you have and stop there. You want to go further.
