What Are You Going To Do Today?
Here’s my advice: Prioritize YOU today.
Make today YOUR “Yes Day.”
How? Check in with yourself today, figure out what you need, and say YES to make it happen.
Downtime is a gift only when you give yourself the permission to “just be” with no consequences.
So do what feels right. Do what you feel you need to do to rest and recharge. Maybe that means breaking your routines and habits… that’s OK!
It’s not selfish to focus on you.
When you slow down and take the time to prioritize yourself and take care of yourself, it allows you to be fully present and available to others.
