I have spent a lot of time optimizing certain behaviors in my life, and I believe my ability to focus on how I spend my time has improved and the intentionality of how I spend my time has increased as a result. I feel like I am very connected with the tasks at hand. I am present and focused, and living the best life I can.
When you spend time purposely thinking about how you think, everything that comes after will follow those thought patterns.
If you intentionally spend time formulating the thoughts that align with your values, goals and vision (VGV), your thoughts will be the compass and your VGVs become your map. When you align your thoughts with your VGVs, you will feel yourself moving forward in life in a way where everything is more aligned. This alignment is exciting and intoxicating once you feel it.
Whether you call it alignment, progress toward your goals or growth, it almost always feels good. Especially if you consider alignment to be an ever-long process and you commit yourself to this process… what you are really committing yourself to is a life mission focused on eternal growth.
When you decide to focus on intentional thinking aligned with your VGVs, the amount of progress or growth you experience is limited only by yourself. If you stay focused on this kind of intentional living, and you become indistractable when it comes to how you build thoughts and spend your time, your growth becomes limitless.
You will find yourself walking the path of eternal growth with each day full of possibility, benefit and value.
We all have the ability to watch and refine our thoughts before they become words and develop further.
If you are intentional with your thoughts and indistractable with your process, you change everything that follows.
