Jess Cadigan, Head of People at Digital Media Solutions, is an experienced people operations leader with more than a decade of success supporting high-growth technology organizations. At DMS, Jess oversees the full People roadmap and partners closely with senior leadership to build an engaging, scalable employee experience that aligns with business goals and empowers teams to do their best work. 

Jess has led People and talent functions across global environments at Medbridge, Ookla and MediaAlpha, where she strengthened operations, elevated leadership capabilities and supported organizations through periods of rapid growth and change. She brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational execution, bridging the gap between people and business outcomes while building strong, trusted partnerships. Her experience working with international teams has shaped her thoughtful, connection-centered approach and her belief in the importance of inclusive, culturally-aware workplaces.

Known for developing leaders and modernizing systems, Jess focuses on creating environments where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow. Before joining DMS, she served as Director of People & Talent at Medbridge, playing a key role in enhancing the company’s operational foundation. Jess is passionate about developing leaders, scaling systems that empower growth, and creating workplaces where people feel valued, challenged, and inspired. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Westmont College.
