About the Position…

The Director of Talent Acquisition will be a key contributor to and driver by developing and executing the overall talent acquisition and hiring strategy for the company. This role will serve as a change agent in strategically improving and evolving the recruitment process – and online brand as a great place to work – by partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to align with business objectives and leading a recruiting team to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.

In This Role You Will…

  • Develop thoughtful and measurable recruitment strategy and processes across the business 
  • Collaborate closely with executives and partners to provide thought leadership for recruiting philosophies, processes, tools and tactics for both executive and non-executive talent acquisition needs
  • Build a data-driven recruiting organization and process, including analytics, and dashboards, using an existing ATS, and a culture of continuous improvement using data insights to shape our operational roadmap and priorities
  • Create training programs and ways of working with hiring managers and interviewers that continually improve their capabilities
  • Partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers across businesses to deliver exceptional recruiting services in support of the overall objective to recruit top talent
  • Partner with leaders to execute on our diversity & inclusion priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives that make DMS a great place to work for all talent
  • Ensure that all managers receive training on recruitment and selection process, including record keeping requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic growth projects in support of long-term vision goals

Requirements

  About you…

The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who operates as a true team player and can build diverse talent pipelines. 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or human resources leadership role with a clear focus on talent acquisition
  • In-house/corporate recruiting experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field desired preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success creating effective talent acquisition department leadership strategies that support business growth and engage a high performing team
  • Demonstrated track record at building talent acquisition capability in leadership teams company-wide
  • Experience with several ATS and HRIS Systems
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and ability to roll up your sleeves and manage key senior leadership requisitions and “get in the details” with team members when necessary
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environment as it relates to sourcing, selection, and hiring – including EEO, OFCCP, and Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage work time efficiently
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and appropriately balance strategic thinking with action
  • Excellent customer service, planning and organization skills

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated annual salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $145,000 - $155,000. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
