Kat Giardina, Senior Compliance Director

Kat Giardina is the Senior Compliance Director at Digital Media Solutions (DMS), where she has been since 2017. She brings 8 years of compliance experience and a strong background in HR, giving her a unique perspective on balancing business needs with regulatory requirements.

At DMS, Kat leads the company’s compliance program and team, overseeing policy development, licensing, call center quality control and legal complaint investigations. She is known for her ability to fully grasp the needs of the business while applying her deep knowledge of the regulatory environment to create an effective balance between compliance and performance. By working closely with cross-functional teams, Kat helps reduce risk, improve quality and ensure operationalized compliance across DMS’s product offerings.

Kat began her career in HR, focusing on recruiting, and joined DMS as an HR & Compliance Coordinator before advancing to her current leadership role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed P&C insurance professional. Kat is an active member of LinkUnite.
