Digital Media Solutions Signs Definitive Agreement To Acquire Digital Performance Marketing Company SmarterChaos

Acquisition Will Add Additional Reach And Audience Segments To Already Expansive DMS Media Reach

Clearwater, FL - July 6, 2020 - Digital Media Solutions® (DMS), a leading provider of technology and digital performance marketing solutions leveraging innovative, performance-driven brand and marketplace solutions to connect consumers and advertisers, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SmarterChaos, a premier digital marketing and online performance management agency, along with SmarterChaos-owned She Is Media, a female-centric performance ad network.

Recently named one of America’s fastest-growing companies by Financial Times, SmarterChaos “manages the chaos of digital marketing” for a long roster of name-brand clients, including Casetify, Shipt (owned by Target) and Pepsi. The acquisition of SmarterChaos by Digital Media Solutions will create expanded media distribution, allowing DMS to further accelerate the digital marketing acquisition efforts of DMS and SmarterChaos advertiser clients and help brands acquire new customers by leveraging the DMS customer acquisition platform plus the relationships cultivated by the SmarterChaos team.
