Mikaela Nikas, Senior Director of Agent Divisions

With more than a decade of leadership experience, Mikaela Nikas drives growth and performance as Senior Director of Agent Divisions at Digital Media Solutions (DMS). She oversees strategy for agent teams supporting both the Allstate Lead Marketplace and ZipQuote platforms, focusing on revenue growth, team development and strong sales and retention execution.

Mikaela joined DMS nearly seven years ago and has played a key role in shaping agent-focused initiatives through data-informed strategy and collaborative leadership. Prior to DMS, she spent nine years in higher education across finance, admissions and call center sales and retention roles, gaining a strong foundation in service, operations and team management.

Mikaela holds a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from National University. Her cross-industry background and adaptable approach enable her to guide teams through change and deliver consistent results.
