One thing we've done is leverage AI internally, which has helped us stay better organized and more efficient. For account managers especially, it means more tools to optimize campaigns, provide recommendations and build stronger client relationships.

Our proprietary platform, Mastodon, brings every health campaign into one place, so we can spot trends faster, optimize efficiently and give better guidance on where to invest media resources.

Q: How do you unwind after a busy week at DMS?

Soccer has been my passion since childhood, and I still play in a competitive recreational league on weekends. Great time for it, too, with the 2026 World Cup here in the United States!
