Digital Media Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to serve as Director, Sales & Account Management within our Health Division. This role is responsible for retaining and growing DMS’s Health Insurance client base across core product lines, including Medicare, U65 and Life.
You will own revenue performance and portfolio growth, while building and sustaining strong, strategic relationships with key clients. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
In close partnership with the Director of Partnerships & Operations and Paid Media teams, you will align supply and demand, optimize client outcomes and deliver against defined revenue and margin targets across the portfolio. Working in lockstep with the VP, Health Marketplaces and GM, this role offers direct exposure to the DMS Executive Team and the opportunity to shape strategy, execution and growth across the Health business.
