Evan remains cognizant of the business needs at DMS, while monitoring forthcoming legislation and regulations to ensure the compliance needs at DMS are kept up to date and the internal controls are in place and evolving as necessary.
As an attorney with a successful litigation background, robust experience advising clients in the marketing and financial services industries and proven ability to draft persuasive legal arguments, Evan executes an effective legal and compliance program at DMS that supports the business while protecting against risk. Evan graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law and is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
