Description
The Head Of Revenue Operations will build and scale the DMS Revenue Operations function, bringing clarity and consistency to how the company drives revenue. This leader will establish unified reporting, forecasting and go-to-market (GTM) processes that are adopted across all business units, creating a shared understanding of performance, margin drivers and growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on, builder role for an operator experienced in high-volume, complex revenue environments who knows how to turn fragmented data, systems and workflows into a clear and effective operating rhythm. Partnering closely with GTM, finance, technology and business unit leaders, this role will serve as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring alignment on metrics, forecasting discipline and execution.
Compensation Overview: The anticipated target base salary range for this role is $190,000–$200,000, with an annual bonus opportunity of 20%. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver consistent dashboards and KPIs across all business units and verticals.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting with clear, actionable insights for leadership and operators.
- Establish a single source of truth for revenue performance, margin drivers and growth levers, which improves data cleanliness, structures and reliability for analytics and decision-making.
- Own revenue forecasting across the company by building and maintaining a centralized forecasting model used consistently across business units.
- Improve forecast accuracy and predictability across P&C, Health and other verticals.
- Partner closely with finance to align on forecasting cadence, assumptions and accountability.
- Establish a shared lead-to-revenue lifecycle across marketing, operations, partnerships and business units.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure consistent KPI definitions and adoption.
- Document GTM processes in a simple, practical and usable format that clarifies ownership and handoffs, reducing friction and ambiguity.
- Partner with technology and data teams to connect supply, routing, buyer and revenue.
- Establish and reinforce a consistent revenue operating rhythm across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience leading revenue operations, growth operations or performance marketing operations.
- Proven experience operating in multi-vertical, high-volume revenue environments.
- Strong track record of building reporting, forecasting and GTM frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and navigating legacy systems and processes.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Ability to simplify complex data and processes for executive and operational audiences.
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Clear, grounded communicator with an execution-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools and modern data workflows.
- Strong understanding of how data flows across supply, routing, buyers and revenue systems.
