Title: Senior Manager of Inside Sales, Health & Medicare
Location: Fully Remote (USA ONLY)

Summary:

The Senior Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for retaining and growing the Digital Media Solutions client base across the healthcare insurance vertical. He or she is proven to have a successful history of net direct new business sales, and consistently delivers against targets/metrics. The Senior Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for prospecting and onboarding new clients to contribute to the growth of our business. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Account Management team to ensure the success of our current and new client base. You will also work closely with our management team to monitor our sales efforts. You will be expected to proactively evaluate seller performance and coach, guide, mentor and manage as necessary while ensuring employee compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage new clients interested in buying leads, calls or clicks to site from our owned and operated properties.
  • Generate sales leads by working closely with our marketing and advertising department and presenting information on our company at trade shows and conventions.
  • Work with our account management team to assist in new product onboarding for current client base.
  • Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products to become a resource of information for our staff and customers.
  • Travel quarterly to conferences and trade shows in the lead generation or health/Medicare industries.
  • Suggest product improvements to our research and development departments based on client feedback.
  • Present quarterly reports detailing the sales team's progression towards annual goals to our management team.
  • Help facilitate A/R, collections, enforce and maintain credit limits and budget caps.

Qualifications (Must Have): 

  • 3+ Years of experience in Sales; experience in Medicare is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications is preferred. Strong background in sales. 
  • Experience managing and closing sales in a highly regulated industry.
    Prior experience in planning and/or data modeling.

Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “requirements.”

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. This position is eligible for commission-based compensation in addition to base salary. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.
