As Head of RevOps, Morgan oversees process optimization, performance analytics, forecasting and operational alignment across teams. She partners closely with sales, marketing, client services and product to ensure go-to-market strategies are executed efficiently and supported by scalable systems and clear performance insights. By connecting strategy to execution, she helps drive growth, improve operational efficiency and increase visibility into performance across the business.
Morgan’s career at DMS includes serving as Senior Director of Business Operations, where she played a key role in building and refining processes that support revenue-driving teams. Her broad experience across multiple areas of the business gives her a unique ability to identify cross-functional opportunities, align priorities and develop solutions that support shared organizational goals.
Known for her ability to simplify complexity and drive results, Morgan takes a holistic approach to revenue operations, ensuring teams are aligned, informed and positioned for success. She is a three-time recipient of the DMS Annual “Consider It Done” Award, reflecting her consistent ability to deliver impactful results.
Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University.
