With deep experience in private equity-backed tech and marketing companies, Tim has spent his career driving innovation, building high-performing teams and helping businesses reach their next stage of success.
In this quick Q&A, Tim shares his perspective on innovation, culture and what excites him most about leading DMS forward.
Tim: I was drawn to the passion and deep domain expertise across the organization. DMS has a strong foundation, a customer-first mindset and a real opportunity to sharpen its focus and accelerate growth. The team’s energy and the chance to build on existing momentum made this [new role] an easy yes.
Tim: It's about doubling down on what we do best, leveraging our performance marketing expertise and powerful data assets. We’re in a strong position to deliver even more value to our clients by investing in focused areas, enhancing product integration and strengthening our partner relationships.
Tim: It starts with clearly communicating the vision. People want to understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture. Empowering teams to own outcomes, while creating an environment of trust and collaboration, is key. That’s how we’ll continue to drive innovation and results.
Tim: AI is already transforming how we approach the space. As models improve, they’ll continue to enhance decision-making and targeting, helping us deliver more consistent, efficient and relevant experiences. For DMS, this is a major area of opportunity.
Tim: I believe in leading by example, staying close to both the teams and the customers. Building alignment, being clear on priorities and fostering open communication are all essential. I’ve found that high-performing teams thrive when they feel heard, trusted and connected to the mission.
Tim: I’m big on physical activity and adventure. You’ll find me skiing (alpine and water), surfing, running, biking and even racing motorcycles or cars. It’s how I decompress and recharge.
