About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Monetization to drive revenue optimization across our traffic acquisition and monetization ecosystem. This role focuses on improving the performance of the full funnel from acquisition flows and landing experiences to lead monetization and marketplace yield.

In this role, you will work closely with our growth pod, including media buyers, designers and data analysts, to continuously test new ideas, analyze results and identify the levers that drive revenue growth without sacrificing margin. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing economics, experimentation and rapid iteration in high-volume environments.

Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $175,000–$195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on work experience, education and skill level.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Monetization Strategy

  • Own the roadmap for capabilities that support growth and monetization across marketing and product systems.
  • Analyze internal processes to identify workflows and operational bottlenecks that can be improved through automation or improved systems.
  • Design solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Apply AI-forward thinking to help prepare our systems for increasing levels of automation.

Product Leadership & Execution

  • Partner with engineering, data and business teams to deliver product capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Define product requirements, user stories and success metrics.
  • Communicate roadmap progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment across teams on priorities and delivery.

Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify new verticals, traffic channels or monetization opportunities when unit economics support expansion.
  • Evaluate performance data to guide investment decisions and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience delivering internal systems, operational tools or product capabilities.
  • Experience in high-scale web or data-driven environments.

Technical & Product Skills

  • Understanding of system integrations and how platforms connect across products.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
  • Ability to translate operational workflows into product requirements.

Leadership & Communication

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to drive alignment and prioritize complex initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, adtech or lead generation platforms.
  • Experience building internal tools or systems that support marketing or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with large-scale marketing data or analytics environments.
