Digital Media Solutions is a performance-driven digital marketing company that connects consumers and brands through data, technology and proprietary media platforms. Our systems power high-volume consumer acquisition across multiple verticals, processing large-scale traffic and real-time decisioning in dynamic market environments.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Monetization to drive revenue optimization across our traffic acquisition and monetization ecosystem. This role focuses on improving the performance of the full funnel from acquisition flows and landing experiences to lead monetization and marketplace yield.
In this role, you will work closely with our growth pod, including media buyers, designers and data analysts, to continuously test new ideas, analyze results and identify the levers that drive revenue growth without sacrificing margin. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing economics, experimentation and rapid iteration in high-volume environments.
Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $175,000–$195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on work experience, education and skill level.

This is a hands-on growth role where experimentation, analytics and real business impact intersect. Working alongside experienced performance marketers and analysts, you’ll test new acquisition flows, optimize conversion performance and unlock more value from the traffic we already acquire. With fast feedback loops and clear revenue impact, your work will directly influence how DMS scales its growth engine.
