In his role at DMS, Robert champions a high-performing product organization centered on continuous discovery and design of performance marketing systems. He provides strategic clarity and protects team focus, helping ensure product, engineering, data, growth and operations teams move quickly on the initiatives that matter most.
Prior to joining DMS, Robert served as VP of Product at MediaAlpha, where he spent nearly eight years scaling data-driven, performance-focused platforms. Earlier in his career, Robert led the Marketplace Quality team at OpenX, earning multiple #1 rankings on the Pixalate Global Seller Trust Index, and played a key role in scaling Demand Studios from thousands to millions of articles published each month.
Known for asking thoughtful questions and bringing clarity to complex environments, Robert values transparency, trust and collaboration. He believes great products are built by teams who enjoy the work, celebrate wins together and learn openly from challenges along the way. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
