Call Center Sales Representative, Education

Location: Remote, USA

100% remote. Digital Media Solutions – The nation’s premier performance marketing company is hiring Sales Reps in our Education division. This is a career position with a base compensation of $33,280 ($16.00 per hour), plus incentives that could exceed $20,000 annually. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound/outbound calls
  • Offer education referral services in line with marketing campaigns
  • Capture, update and maintain prospect lead information in a database
  • Complete transfers to the client representatives

Requirements:

  • Must have at least one (1) plus years in outbound sales call center experience
  • Phone etiquette with excellent listening skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow a phone script and navigate through different windows & tabs (computer test may be required for this position)
  • Must have the ability to be hardwired into a stable internet connection with a high-speed Ethernet cord. (CAT 6 cable preferred)
  • Some college preferred

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for individuals interested in this position is $16/hour, with the potential to earn commission.
