Digital Media Solutions Raises Call Center Wages And Plans To Increase Call Center Jobs
Clearwater, FL – January 19, 2018—Digital Media Solutions, LLC (DMS), an industry leader in providing end-to-end customer acquisition solutions that help clients win in their business ventures and realize their marketing goals, announced plans to increase the minimum hourly wage for all hourly employees in its Clearwater, FL call center to $16 per hour, which is nearly double that of the Florida and federal minimum wage. This increase in wages to new and existing call center employees will take effect immediately. DMS will also increase its call center headcount by nearly 30% in 2018 as the company manages an ever-growing client roster.
