Fernando Borghese

Fernando Borghese is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Digital Media Solutions since the company’s inception in 2012 and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the company, encompassing all lines of business. Fernando has a successful track record of building high-performing teams that deliver measurable impact for DMS within highly competitive industries. Under his leadership, DMS has achieved consistent and significant year-over-year growth. In 2020, Fernando was instrumental in leading the efforts that led to DMS becoming a public company. DMS received a spot on Inc. magazine’s inaugural Best Led Companies list in 2021, recognizing the impact of Fernando alongside fellow DMS leaders. Since 2019, Fernando has also been an active Board Member of the Consumer Consent Council.

For over two decades, Fernando has established himself as a dynamic marketer, revenue driver and problem solver, with broad experience working with companies of all sizes to create data-driven performance advertising solutions. Prior to DMS, he was Executive Vice President at DMi Partners where he focused on developing performance-based solutions for the company’s clients.

Fernando earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science at Trinity College-Hartford and resides in the greater Philadelphia area with his wife and three daughters.
