As We Come Upon The End Of The Quarter, There’s A ‘Checklist’ We Each Run.
Sometimes it’s a formal process, and other times our checklists consist of subconscious thoughts that help us assess where we are, what we need to do to finish strong and the final things we must do to get over the finish line.
As A Quarter Progresses, ‘Time’ Plays A Big Role In Our LOE/ROI Evaluations.
If something is hanging on too long without the progress we expected, now is the time to do something about it. During our early checklist process, we should assess where we are pointed, and we may add or subtract action items or initiatives based on our point in time.
Pressure Is A Privilege, So Lean In And Embrace It.
What we are actually saying here is, “Pressure, I know you will show up with 2 weeks to go, so I am going to take action now and stay ahead of you, so when it is crunch time and you show up, I will welcome you because I am already ready.”
Do Not Wait For ‘Uncomfortable’ To Show Up And Create Undo Pressure.
Make the choice now to get comfortable being uncomfortable. It’s a mindset that connects directly to the actions we take.
