Description 

Digital Media Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Insurance Division and help drive data-driven decision-making in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning and predictive modeling, with experience in optimizing marketing campaigns, lead scoring and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop machine learning models to optimize marketing spend, conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze large datasets from various marketing channels (paid search, social, display, email) to identify patterns and insights.
  • Build predictive models for lead scoring, customer segmentation and lifetime value estimation.
  • Design A/B testing frameworks to measure the impact of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions in real-time bidding and campaign optimization.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in data science, machine learning and digital marketing analytics.

Requirements:

  • Applications must work in office three days a week.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a data scientist developing predictive models and preferably with experience of deploying those solutions to production environments.
  • Proficiency in languages like Python and R, SQL and other relevant languages. 
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods. 
  • Machine Learning: Knowledge of various machine learning algorithms and techniques. 
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and informative visualizations to communicate findings. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges. 
  • Understanding of the business context and how data can be used to drive decision-making. 
  • Ability to extract valuable information from large datasets. 
  • Skills in cleaning, transforming and preparing data for analysis.

Compensation And Benefits: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.
