We’re looking for a Strategic Account Analyst who thrives at the intersection of analytics and partnership, someone who can dive deep into performance data while also building strong relationships with our supply partners. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities and help drive smarter business decisions every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage performance data to foster and manage strategic relationships with supply partners, using regular reporting and analytics to guide collaboration, evaluate results and identify areas for mutual growth.
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including lead volume, revenue and other critical performance metrics.
- Track full-funnel metrics and proactively flag anomalies or underperformance across campaigns.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover supply-side trends and identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal analytics and demand-side counterparts to align supply strategies with business needs and campaign goals.
- Support the creation and presentation of external-facing performance reports and dashboards that highlight key insights and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support vendor partners through onboarding and testing phases, acting as a liaison between external partners and internal tech and development teams to identify issues, troubleshoot early performance challenges and ensure successful integration.
- Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure compliance with contracts, quality benchmarks and operational standards and surface any issues or opportunities for improvement to internal stakeholders.
- Become a power user of internal analytics tools, building scalable reports and dashboards to support real-time decision making across teams.
Requirements:
- Candidates must reside in Colorado and be able to work in-office three days a week, usually Monday-Wednesday.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, account analytics, partner operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues and surface actionable insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams such as account management, analytics and development.
- Comfortable owning onboarding processes and serving as a liaison between vendor partners and internal tech teams.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reports that support real-time monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The anticipated annual salary for individuals interested in this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.
