Practical Thinking Is Not How We Win

We Do Not Live With A Status Quo Mentality.

We don’t ask “how much can we do?” as that results in practical thinking predicated on what we most recently were able to do.

We ask “what will it take to do X?” We stretch to new possibilities. We build top-down with our big goal in mind, and not bottom-up based on our most recent results.

Our Growth Potential Is Unlocked When We Think And Strategize Well Beyond The Limits Of Our Most Recent Achievements.

Practical Thinking >> Possible Thinking >> Impossible Thinking

Look at the projects and initiatives you are involved in and working on and ask yourself “what will it take to 2x (or 10x) this?” The answer might feel impossible, and that’s okay. Actually, that’s good. Sit on it. Think about it. Talk about what is required to make it happen.

When We Set Our Sights Higher, We Achieve Higher Than Our Practical Expectations.

I know this to be true, as I have seen it play out time and time again.
