Prior to DMS, Janine worked at Save the Children, a $2 billion global non-profit, where she was Vice President of Integrated Marketing & Fundraising for almost a decade. She led a transformation of the agency’s fundraising and digital program, growing revenue ten-fold while systematically enhancing the $800 million U.S. revenue portfolio in support of the 120 countries and 185 million children that Save the Children served during her tenure. Janine also served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Taunton Press and Group Vice President and Group Publisher for Guideposts where she oversaw annual revenues of $100-$120 million and launched many new products and revenue streams.
