A service-oriented leader, Mike Dukie is widely known across Digital Media Solutions as the go-to problem solver for all things tech support. Stemming from his years of experience in IT, Mike is efficient and effective in addressing necessary software implementation and upgrades, ensuring systems security and solving complex technical issues. Since joining DMS in 2012, Mike has remained a reliable team member, now fulfilling the role of Senior Vice President of IT Support. Whether he is configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, implementing new solutions and applications or solving technical and applications problems, Mike is consistently dedicated to maintaining seamless systems and networks across DMS. DMS received a spot on Inc. magazine’s inaugural Best Led Companies list in 2021, recognizing the impact of Mike alongside fellow DMS leaders.
